Using PilotPlan

PilotPlan is a free beta service operated by Govind Waghmare. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice.

Your content

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give PilotPlan and its service providers permission to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit it.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit passwords, card details, health information, government identifiers, or other regulated or confidential personal data.
• Use PilotPlan to break the law, harm others, deceive people, invade privacy, or bypass security controls.
• Attack, overload, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Present generated material as verified professional advice or a guaranteed result.

AI output and your decisions

Reports are generated with AI and web research. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are informational and are not legal, financial, security, medical, procurement, or compliance advice. Verify prices, contract terms, technical fit, sources, and compliance claims with qualified professionals and vendors before acting.

Availability and ownership

PilotPlan may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue beta features. Except for your content, PilotPlan's software, branding, and original materials remain the operator's property. Third-party names and content belong to their respective owners.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, availability, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending access and applicable law

Access may be restricted for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. The law applicable to the operator governs these terms, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. A specific governing jurisdiction will be added after the operating entity and location are formally confirmed.
